Allowing our life to unfold exactly as it is meant to and in the right time, isn’t always easy to accept.
We often believe we have a better plan and a quicker way to get to our destination. In doing so, we may miss wonderful opportunities to learn, grow and arrive prepared to receive all that we need.
When facing pain alone or when we feel we cannot share our problems with anyone, we often learn to put on brave face and hope nobody notices.
When we convince ourselves that we are the only ones going through a difficult time or when we are ashamed of letting anyone in to help us, we lose our connection to the whole and from allowing support and healing in.
In order to fully understand the words “I AM” we must let go of our past and of our future. This in itself is very difficult to do, as every thought we create in our mind, pulls us away from this moment and into thinking. When we attach our identity from the past or to the future self, we cannot connect to the knowledge that “WE ARE”. Continue reading “I AM”
