Conscious Breathing

“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.” Thich Nhat Hanh

Teaching Meditation over the last year has been such a gift to me.  Not only does it help me connect to this precious moment, but helps guide others to know they can too.

However, recording a guided meditation was a bit more confronting than I thought.  Just hearing my own voice was interesting!  Still, I am sure practice will improve the quality overtime.  Please take this opportunity to listen, and maybe you will find that meditating is not as difficult as you once thought.

Namaste.

      1. I know exactly what you mean. I teach meditation too, and I can’t stand hearing my recorded voice, so you are braver than I, but trust me, you have a beautiful voice. Really. I can hear your gentle loving.

  2. This was wonderful. I actually tried it, a first for me.It’s difficult for me to quiet my thoughts, but I’ll keep trying. I’ve bookmarked the page and will give it another go tomorrow. Thank you. And your voice is lovely.

  3. So good to hear your voice Karen. Wonderful meditation. I had the distinct experience of me breathing with the earth. Thank you.

      1. Thanks Karen. It’s been a busy busy time for me. Classes, and a personal project, and some family needs to attend to. I don’t get out much these days! 🙂
