What have I eaten?

Sylvia Plath

‘You remember too much,
my mother said to me recently.
Why hold onto all that?

I’m a relentlessly optimistic person, and I think ‘The Waterhole’ is a story of hope and that even though nature goes through cycles, we prevail.
You may find an abundance of life and freedom beneath the surface of your stories and pain.

The sacred is not in some far away land or in heaven.
The sacred is all around us and in creating small and sacred rituals, we can connect to its presence.
In this space we will meet the sacred in ourselves and each other.
