New Beginnings

Never lose an opportunity of urging a practical beginning, however small, for it is wonderful how often in such matters, the mustard-seed germinates and roots itself. – Florence Nightingale

When was the last time you started something new in your life?  Often we get stuck in patterns that keep us safe and comfortable and as we age, we tend to move away from learning and being curious, because we can believe we know it all, or have a fear of not being good enough.

The more we challenge our minds and our old beliefs, the more new energy we draw in, expanding the world around us.  This offers us new opportunities and connects us to our infinite potential!

Keep learning.  Keep growing. Be astonished.

  1. Great post, Karen. I’ve found that choosing to read a book that I might not have, given my beliefs about some things, is a new beginning. I learn something new that I might not have otherwise. I remember my ABCs – Always Be Curious.

  2. This is wonderful, Karen, and clearly a message from the universe, as it’s the second post I’ve read this morning about trying new things. We’re looking at a big move to a new part of the country here in a few months — I suspect that will give me lots of new things to see, try and do, and I am very much looking forward to it…. 🙂

    1. It can be challenging to leave the old and start again, but I can say with confidence the results of such a move in the right time, can open up our energy and minds to new relationships and understandings, which keep life exciting! Good luck Lori. I look forward to hearing about it. 🌈🏠
