The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.

When I finally understood that no feeling or thought I have is permanent. That when I wake up thinking or feeling a certain way, that it doesn’t mean it will be there at the end of the day, my life completed shifted.
How many times have we read or heard the saying, ‘This too shall pass’ and yet, have never allowed this truth to live out in our day to day experiences.
And the reason why? We hold on. We want to be right. We want certainty. We are scared to let go or step out of the familiar.
And so, the practice can simply be aligning with the heartbeat of life and nature.
To move with the ever changing moments of impermanence. To continually let go and allow. To trust that we have the resilience to rejuvenate from any situation, like nature does after devastation.
It will pass…if we allow it.
Over time, this expands our energy and our experiences, allowing more room to be present to this precious moment.
‘The all of everything expressing through you, as you go in and in and run away from nothing that you find.’

Ah yes❣️ Love this….Tuning into the heartbeat of life and nature right along with you 💝💐🙏🏼🎶🌿🦋
Beautiful music 🎼 and flow. Thank you Val 🧡🤗
I recently read an article that said a survey was done on which ‘manta’ is better for bringing this sort of peace to yourself: Let it go (Frozen) or Let it be (Lennon). It was found that there was a better result using Let it be. Reasoning? ‘Go’ involves more action on the person’s part. ‘Be’ just is. Hence less stress on attaining the results you’re hoping for. I’m paraphrasing and making it more brief but the idea still presents itself. ☺️
Be or Go? Whatever works, for sure. Either way, you may break out in song and that’s a good thing. 😉
Fabulous article, as always. 🥰
I absolutely agree! To ‘be’ and to ‘let be’ Is our natural state of living and our pathway to freedom. Thank you for your comment 🙏🏻🤗
Love these wise words, Karen. “To move with the ever changing moments of impermanence. To continually let go and allow. To trust that we have the resilience to rejuvenate from any situation, like nature does after a devastation.”
Always good to be reminded!
