Notice when you ask someone what they think about an issue, an idea, or a thought, they always have a lot to say.
But ask someone how they feel about something and there is always a pause, a break, a presence before their answer. In such simplicity is greatness, and this creates awareness for change, for healing, and for our soul to speak.
The most essential question to ask myself is not “What do I think about this?” but rather, “What do I feel about this?”
