“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart” Helen Keller
Notice when you ask someone what they think about an issue, an idea, or a thought, they always have a lot to say.
But ask someone how they feel about something and there is always a pause, a break, a presence before their answer. In such simplicity is greatness, and this creates awareness for change, for healing, and for our soul to speak.
The most essential question to ask myself is not “What do I think about this?” but rather, “What do I feel about this?”
You are right on the mark. Thanks
Thank you Don 🌈
So very true.
Thanks Joan 💚💕

I feel happy to hear that 🌈💚
Huge open ended question.
It really is 🌈
Hmm. Yes. We’re good at reacting, but not so good at reflecting.
That’s it Ali. A practice for us all 💕
Lovely!
I’m glad Heather! 🌈🍀
This is so true because how you feel is the insight of where you are. Another thing that I think about is where I’m feeling it. In my gut, my head, my heart, etc…
BTW, stumbled upon your Tiny Buddha article on forgiveness. What a wonderful article and so well written. I’m sharing it with my friends and family.
Yes that’s it! When we get to know ourselves deeply, we can heal and create beautiful space to grow. Thank you Larry. I appreciate your comment and share. 🌈
So simple and powerful. Karen. This has been the biggest question in my life❣️
I didn’t learn how to express my feelings as a child. And as an adult I found refuge in my thinking mind rather than letting myself face the truth about how I felt.
Thank you Karen, for sharing this powerful lesson in such a clear way.💝
You are not alone in your experiences Val and so many of us learn to shut down our feelings and rely on our minds to work life out. It is a powerful lesson to understand. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. 💚
This resonates deeply with me. We use our head far too much…and get stuck.
We do Helen! More movement, less thinking 💧💦
