When I think about the people who have changed my life, they were not people who agreed with everything I said or thought. They accepted me as I was, but didn’t let me play small in life and challenged my truth. They revealed the mirror of my life and in the right time, they lovingly expanded my limiting beliefs.
These are the people I want to surround myself with, these are the people who remind me there is always more to understand, more to love and more to see in this beautiful world.

Interesting take on tribes. Caroline Myss speaks to them, has for years. I’ve found my tribe in the most unlikely places. They haven’t been those I’ve been initially attracted to, including my husband(!) But these friendships have lasted for many years. So I guess we’re weaving a tribal shawl of many, many different threads and hues! Aloha, Karen.
