For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction. – Cynthia Ocelli
In the midst of change, we don’t always have to over-analyze, work everything out, or even understand what this may mean for us.
Sometimes we just need to breathe, be still and let go into the uncertainty that change brings.
How we view this change is completely up to us. We can either see it as complete destruction, or see it as growth.
Good reminder. Thanks Karen. May we dig deep for courage, compassion and unity in this time of change.
Beautiful comment Brad. We all have it within us, to make a difference through change.,Thankyou 🙏🏻
You’re welcome Karen. #TogetherWeRise
great post. I think it takes some people a few minutes …. to vent, release. Then I believe – I hope, we’ll all get on with the important tasks at hand. I do love this photograph, it is perfect for this post.
I agree Debi and I think it’s important to release those feelings too. Thankyou 🙏🏻
You are right Karen, it is about which perspective, we choose to use.
Exactly Irene. We can always change it. 💚
Boy, did I need to hear this message this morning, Karen. Change is never easy, I know that, but some are certainly more disconcerting than others. And yet, as I gaze up at the spectacular blanket of stars scattered above my head, I am reminded that there are constants we can cling to and brought back to myself. Trying to find the positives in this moment…your messages are one of them. Thank you.
Your not alone with those thoughts. I think when there is a shock, we need time to absorb the news and if we can spend sometime in nature like you, it does ground us and calm us. I am grateful for people like you Lori.
Reblogged this on Jennifer's Journal and commented:
To give us perspective. Of note, Karen’s words from the comment section: “I think when there is a shock, we need time to absorb the news and if we can spend sometime in nature … it does ground us and calm us.”
That often works for me when I need to let go of anxiety.
Thankyou lovely Jennifer. I appreciate your share 🙏🏻
You’re very welcome, Karen. Much love! 💜
may changes be
guided by the light 🙂
Yes, my wish too David. Thankyou 🙏🏻
One of my fave quotes Karen. I like how it has spoken to you. Two years ago, I wrote about it too – check it out! ❤

Beautiful post Diana! It is a wonderful lesson to learn and understand in our life and in all its changes. 🙏🏻
Beautiful words.
Peace and thanks to you Nico 🙏🏻
A great post displaying positive recognition of new beginnings. Have a beautiful weekend
Thankyou Eddie! Have a beautiful weekend too 🙏🏻
Oh, thank you. I have felt alone for a few days in seeing this as a necessary part of history. Not a pleasant one. But one that brings to light ugliness that is normally hidden. And it is only by bringing things to the light we have a chance to heal them. I truly believe this–and that humanity will choose to heal, not destroy.
That is exactly how I feel too Kristine. We have to see the shadows within us, in order to heal. We are exactly where we need to be, and we all have a choice how we move through this situation. Have a great weekend. 🙂
Most of the time it is not difficult for me to embrace change, but this week I have felt the need to just breathe 😱
So many have felt this Helen. As we all adjust to this new change in the world, it’s good to know we are supported, loved and connected more than ever. Happy Super Moon too! I’m excited about the new energy coming through for us 🌛🌜🌝
Beautiful. I love how there is so much wisdom in the Earth. So many of the answers to the important questions are in our back yards.
So true. I have found so much healing when I am there in stillness. 🌿🍀🙏🏻
It does feel a little messy when we are changing and growing I love that quote Karen.
Messy and uncomfortable! No one likes it but it always creates growth! Nice to have you here Kath. 🙏🏻💚 Are you going away for holidays? Xx
Hoping to visit sisters in the Blue mountains and first xmas in a long time where all the family are meeting up on xmas day. How about you? Are you travelling?
The blue mountains will be beautiful. We are having Christmas at our home with everyone and then off to Kingscliffe NSW for 10 days! Can’t wait, it’s been a busy year for us all. 🏊😎
