“Intuition is really a sudden immersion of the soul into the universal current of life.” Paul Coelho
My intuition is from deep within. A feeling, an instinct. Knowing when to act and when to stop. The problem is I sometimes doubt this natural ability.
We all hold this intuition and wisdom within us. What stops the flow of this coming through, is our busy minds and our doubts.
When I try to make decisions in a stressful situation, I am not connected to my intuition. It is only when I am still, that I find the sanctuary of wisdom. Through practice, I have learned to trust. I have learned to wait.
So next time you feel unsure. Be still. Breathe deeply. Surrender your questions and concerns. Let go. In doing so, you may find, that everything is exactly as it should be.
Thank you so much for this – it has really helped me.
I am so glad. Thankyou for being here.
I love this Karen. Thank you! As I am visual person I like to imagine my intuition surrounding my soul or spirit center.
When I learned about the koshas it made so much sense. My intuition resides in the wisdom sheath or vijnamaya kosha. This post highlights what the koshas are.

Beautiful layers within us Val. Thanks for sharing and helping us visualise.
Loved this piece, Karen. Perfect morning starter for me today. I’ll also check out your post, Val.
Thankyou Noelle. I hope you have a great day.
Reblogged this on Sacred Touches.
Thankyou lovely Natalie. I appreciate it 🙂
Yes, my intuition and trust of it grows stronger with age. It is certainly harder to be in touch with it in stressful situations. I often have to leave the situation, get in touch, then come back with a more centered approach.
Yes perfect Mary. Stepping away from any chaos really helps! Thankyou.
Wise words! It is in the stillness and silence that we most often find the answers.
We do. It is our gift to balance and discover. Thankyou.
Ive head a quote that says, ” In the stillness is the dancing.”
Beautiful! I hope we all dance more. Thankyou 🙂

Thanks for the visit, dear lady.
Thankyou Lucas. Keep Breathing! 🙂
Thank you Karen. There is a beauty to waiting to make a decision under stress. Im slowly learning to stay calm and remembering to breathe. This year has been tough for many things but we take each day as it comes to us, and take on each issue one by one. Love this post.
Thanks Kath, I hope you are feeling stronger. Taking time for ourselves and our decisions is very important. Have a beautiful day. 🙂
