βMay what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children.β

Blessings to everyone in 2025.

Although the year has just begun, itβs so easy to start planning, setting intentions and goals, or trying to control how we want the year to evolve.
But in my meditation this morning I was told to βloosen my gripβ and allow the natural flow and timing of life to emerge.
When we cling to the past or resist this moment as it is, itβs often because we are trying to avoid our most vulnerable space. Our feelings of emptiness or the unknown.
At times, it feels easier to ignore this space within us and keep it covered with our busyness, intentions and new ideas, but in doing so, we donβt allow room for grace, mystery, healing, and miracles.
The Buddha says, βWe can only lose what we cling toβ and so, I will listen to my message this morning. I will create time in stillness to feel these vulnerable and empty spaces in me, and this gives me an opportunity to express my heaviness or fear through writing, painting, dancing, or drawing, which allows me to let go and receive the wisdom I need.
May 2025 flow beautifully for each of you, and may we all have the courage to move where the river leads us this year.
Thank you kind lady, I shall indeed ‘go with the flow’. The let go will no doubt have much to tell me π€β€οΈπ
Absolutely Mark. In letting go we allow room for our intuition to arise and our trust to grow in confidence. Happy New Year and many blessings to you. π₯°ππΏ
Thank you Karen, blessings and New Year wishes gratefully received and returned in kind dear lady. May it be a heart opener π€β€οΈπ

Your message resonants profoundly, Karen. Doing my best to lean into my uncertainty and trust the universe to have my back. Happy New Year!π
Happy New Year Lori! So nice to hear from you. βTrustβ is the key word and we learn that by being vulnerable. Thank you ππ
ππΌ The ego always wants to edge in, trying to manipulate and control. You’re onto it, ha! Happy new year, Karen!
Happy new Year Eliza! Donβt know if Iβm onto it ha but Iβm definitely practicing and learning from it. Keep flowing beautifully Eliza ππ₯°

What a sincerely beautiful first post for the year. I feel your words wholeheartedly, embracing them with gratitude for you helping me to return to and open into that wondrous space that is the unknown. I feel that knowing you and having your wonderful reminders in my life are so meaningful to me. I feel the grip to all things as I hold more gently now with this awareness. ππ»ππ
You leave such beautiful heartfelt comments Ka!! ππ»

Amen to the flow.

There is a lot of wisdom in these words to begin the year with. “… or trying to control how we want the year to evolve” hit me immediately. It is always great to come here and re-center myself… the good that comes with going with the flow is hard to beat.
Thank you Randall. I always appreciate your presence and your thoughtful comments. May your year ahead flow with ease and abundance πΏππ»πΏ
No sooner did I write the words “ease and flow” in response to you, and I’m back here again watching your river. This actually made me laugh! hugs to you, Karen.
Ha! Love the synchronicity Ka. Itβs a beautiful life. Hugs to you too my friend π€ππ€
