See the Sacred in Everything

Seeing the sacred in every part of our life, naturally expands what is sacred in us

What is sacred in your life?

Time alone?  Time with your family?  Cooking or eating what you love?

I have learned again and again, that being alive is the most sacred gift in life.

And what I do with that gift, becomes a choice for me, each day.

Knowing that my life and my time on this earth is sacred, then I choose activities and experiences that reflect this sacredness.

I choose foods that honour my body.  I choose experiences that I know will open my energy and allow happiness and peace.  I offer daily gratitude for all the abundance in my life and when life is challenging, I take time to be slow and sacred, and I honour the parts of me that need healing.

When we see the sacred in everything we do, we see how precious this moment is.

  1. And it is a very beautiful life we live, sending us home, truly home where the heart is waiting to be set free. And on that day everything will become like a rainbow ❤️ 🙏🏼
Great post dear lady, your rainbow is indeed glowing 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏼 🦋

  2. Wise words! I’m reading The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying and it’s so beautiful when you think of the tapestry we create as we live (and die)–truly sacred in every moment. Your post resonated:).

  3. Beautiful thoughts. Appreciate how intentional you seem to be. I suppose the bright side of this pandemic for most people in the world is a newfound appreciation for life and all that we could do. It is a good thing, whereas before everyone is just trapped inside their heads or in a rat race.

    1. I agree. This has been a great opportunity for each of us to re-evaluate our lives and discover what is important to us. Thank you. I appreciate your comment 🙏🏻
