There are many ways we can learn to align, flow, and be at ease with life, but the best way to describe ‘alignment’ is by how we feel. Of course, our state of alignment changes each day and with every new experience, but the secret is being alert and aware of the moments when we feel uneasy, or against the flow of life.
There will always be experiences we do not want or wish to feel in life and unfortunately, as we all know, we have no control over this part.
However, what we can do when this occurs is to choose whether we spend our energy and time complaining and resisting this experience or, find ways to allow this experience in and shift our perspective onto a new platform
This has really helped me.
When I am resisting life and what is, I am tense and uptight, and in this state, I block the natural flow and support that the universe wants to give me. Instead, I give space to my feelings and allow time to nurture and relax my body and mind.
No matter what state of alignment I am in, I find ways to be grateful. The more grateful I am each day, the more I am open to the fullness and abundance in every moment.
Creativity and Movement:
When I feel stuck and I cant see a way through, I use movement to shift my blocked energy. This can be exercise, yoga, walking, and sitting in nature. It can be painting, drawing, or creating something new. It might be planting a tree, or building a herb garden.
Each of us has the power to shift out of these challenging spaces and feel the flow of life once more.
