We often think we have to find stillness and silence, when in fact it’s already here, waiting.

To feel this deep silence, all we have to do is sit quietly in nature, where we naturally reflect this space together.

 

In the silence

I feel

I listen with compassion

I face my truth

In the silence

I see

I acknowledge my needs,

I let go

In the silence

I receive

I rejuvenate

I heal

In the silence

I reconnect

I am one.
