Dive in and in…

“I will dive into my chaos, and my Abyss will turn it into an art scene.”
Talismanist Giebra

A practice in stillness each day has its upsides and downsides.  There is nowhere to hide in silence, nowhere to run from my pain, my grief or incessant thoughts.  In the silence I must learn to surrender it all and turn away from nothing…..
However, over time, I become deeply familiar with every part of my being.  I become aware of my strengths and my potential. I learn to accept my shadows and my vulnerability. I learn to understand I have power over my thoughts and my attitude.  In the silence I learn to trust I am a co-creator in life and I always have a choice to accept or resist this moment.
Danna Faulds speaks about it so beautifully.
Go in and in…
Be the space
between the cells,
the vast,
resounding
silence in which
spirit dwells…
Be sugar dissolving
on the tongue of life.
Dive in and in…
as deep as you can dive.
Be infinite, ecstatic truth.
Be love conceived and born in union…
Be exactly what you seek,
the Beloved,
singing Yes,
tasting Yes,
embracing Yes
until there is only essence,
the All of Everything
expressing through you
as you…
Go in and in…
and turn away from
nothing
that you find…

      1. You’ve been on my mind a lot lately. You beautifully pop out of nowhere and put a smile on my face! Thought I should let you know 😉❤

  1. Gorgeous! I’ve been trying to continue meditation, but have found it infinitely easier since downloading the Sacred Acoustics app. The tones they play–and the meditations with visualization–make it so much easier for me, for some reason.

    1. It’s great to find something that helps guide you to a peaceful space. And on other days, just sit in silence outside. See what arises in you. Don’t worry your mind is busy, just be with it all and breathe. Nothing is wrong in this silent space. 💕💚

  2. Be exactly what you seek
    the Beloved

This is perfect. The truth has been all along residing in us. We need to dive deep, where the water is still, where ripples do not reach, in order to find it. The ripples are at the surface, and they create current, they can take us off our course, making us believe that there are parts of us that are ugly or unwanted. Only when we reach the deep, still water we see the truth, free from all ripples of judgment. As you write beautifully, each of us are co-creator, we create our own reality, we are what we seek…the Beloved.

    Thanks for this beautiful post.
